ESTI is located in Canada. The information we collect, retain and store is located in Canada
and while at rest, does not leave Canada as primary data or when it is backed up. Whenever
we transfer personal information to our partners for the purposes of a business transaction,

and as permitted by applicable data protection laws.
As ESTI works with partners across North America to transact business, your information may
be sent to vendors outside of Canada as required to enable a business transaction but only
